Justice D.E. Osiagor has appointed Mr. Bidemi Daniel Olumide of the law firm of Anaje Olumide Oke and Akinkugbe (AO2LAW) of 3A Kayode Otitoju Street, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos as an Administrator by an Order of the Federal High Court dated 22nd July, 2022 to take over and manage the affairs of The Moorhouse Company Limited, carrying on the business of hospitality through The Moorhouse Hotel, situate at 1 Bankole Oki Road, Ikoyi, Lagos State, Nigeria.
The General Public is advised to henceforth deal with the Administrator in relation to all business, assets, and any other matter whatsoever in connection with The Moorhouse Company Limited and The Moorhouse Hotel.
